TYN-Y-FRON COTTAGE was originally constructed in the early 1800'sas a coach house and artist's studio. Rest assured it is in very good condition having recently been renovated and refurbished in December 07. We are proud to say Tyn-y-Fron cottage has been awarded a 4 star grading for self catering accommodation by the Welsh Tourist Board.
The cottage sleeps four (5 with a studio bed) and is available throughout the year, with lettings usually for a minimum of one week. Winter breaks available from late Autumn until March. Owned by Lesley who is your neighbor, and happy to help with local information and ideas for your days out, even the very rare wet ones! A short walk of 7 minutes via a public foot path and over the bridge brings you into the town for shops and restaurants.
LOUNGE
Original exposed beams with a high A frame ceiling, stone fireplace, comfortable leather settee and armchairs and a color TV with a DVD player. There is a small collection of books and board games for you to enjoy.

Newly fitted with a full bath with shower over and beautifully tiled.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION... the TWO bedrooms, one double the other a large room with twin beds with plenty of room for a studio bed or cot, all beds have electric blankets for your added comfort. linen is not provided for cots.
BREAKFAST
You may wish to enjoy a full welsh breakfast in the main house (see our B&B web site for menu) this is available to cottage guest for £7.50. please book in advance.
SERVICES
Heating is by metered electricity with full electric central heating, meter reading taken at beginning and end of your stay. no coins required.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price, beds will be made up fresh ready for when you arrive.
